Job duties and responsibilities:
Assist in the preparations of training programs (in house);
Sending out (delivery) and receiving of documents to and from other offices;
Maintain orderly files on documents;
Take care of visitors’ needs and requirements;
Provide clerical and administrative support to the whole division;
Sort documents to ease confusion;
Answer the telephone for inquiries and concerns;
Operate the photocopier and other relevant office equipment; and
Perform other duties as requested by supervisors from time to time

Administrative Officer IV (Human Resource Management Officer II)

Job duties and responsibilities:
Attend to queries and complaints of both officials and employees;
Prepare all materials needed in presentations;
Coordinate with concerned offices on different division and matters;
Conduct orientation and/or re-orientation on the policies of the division and personnel;
Records Management

Perform relevant secretariat functions such as PRAISE Committee, SALNs-Review, Personnel Selection Board, Uniform Committees, Compliance Committee, and Performance Management Committee;

Assist in the organization, planning, and coordination, and ultimately, supervising staff who are engaged in personnel actions under general supervision:

Performance management
Time and attendance monitoring
Appointment processing
Salary and leave benefits administration
Incentives and awards
Operate basic computer application systems such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, etc.
Must be exemplary in public relations and must have required trustworthiness for public servants; and
Prepare both routine and non-routine communications proficiently
