You should drink this tea during the day, and for more refreshing one, put it in the fridge.

3. Carrot and celery juice

In order to make this juice, first mix 2 carrots with a couple of celery stalks and some water into a blender. In order to relieve heartburn, drink this juice.

4. Apple and chamomile

First, peel an apple,boil it with a cup of chamomile in some water and drink this mixture every morning for some much needed relief.

5. Ginger and pear

Make a tea by using some ginger and pear, and drink it during the day, in order to relieve the symptoms of gastritis and heartburn.
